Remember when times were simpler? Drinks were pink, sweet-tart and not too serious. I’m talkin’ about the Cosmopolitan. The Cosmo was likely the first “martini” that I ever had. I’m pretty sure I loved it. Tonight, I’m making a throwback cocktail and drinking pink.

Add vodka, Cointreau, cranberry juice, lime juice and simple syrup to cocktail shaker. Add ice to cocktail shaker; cover and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled glass. Garnish with lime.
